I loved her outfit. Kimberlin was talking about Sheila's wardrobe and said it was courtesy of Bill!

That was the question I just asked in my reply…did she pay for it with the money she has or did Bill give her a gold card with carte blanche, etc etc. So now I know she’s got free rein with Bill’s considerable resources. Lucky lady. Talk about landing in a bed of roses.

On the bold live with her and DD, Kimberlin elaborated that the wardrobe came from Bill. Now, I don't know how we are supposed to know that through the show, but that's what she said.
