Is Sheila notorious or not? (General)
There was an APB out for her at one point but Bill, Steffy and Finn screwed up the case and the charges had to be dropped. I can’t imagine the police not getting involved in Sugar’s death. I would think even for the bumbling make believe Beverly Hills PD it would be a very big deal.

Yes, Sheila is or was notorious.
The cops do need to get involved and someone needs to declare Sugar dead and Sheila alive. They need to investigate why they have Sheila's toe in evidence but didn't bother to look at her feet.
