You certainly could see that Hope does not care for Steffy at all, and Steffy sharing her personal thoughts with Hope, they are not friends, and will never be friends. Taylor is the only friend, Steffy has been shown to HAVE.

And Steffy couldn't careless about Hope either....she hates Hope with a passion..it was evident in her declaring a war against Hope/Brooke (when they did absolutely nothing to Steffy at the time).

Shown on screen, Steffy blackmailed Bill. Yet, she told Ivy (and Liam too) that “blackmail is a crime”. Per Steffy’s own words, she IS a criminal cuz she has blackmailed.
